La Mojarra Eléctrica: “el sonido del tambor”

After two decades on the Colombian and international music scene, the nine-member band Mojarra Eléctrica will perform at Teatro Mayor with its eclectic and brassy blend of Afro-Colombian, jazz and Pacific beats. Founded in 2001, to explore and expand sounds from the Colombian Pacific and regarded as one of the flagship bands of traditional Colombian sound, Mojarra Eléctrica has performed at the SXSW and WOMEX festivals.
