Eduardo Guerrero, flamenco (Spain) “Sombra ephemeral II”

Eduardo Guerrero is a prodigy of flamenco dance. Critics herald his performances as brutal, radical, dancing with rage, and visceral. With prodigious technique and powerful footwork, perfect movements, and elegance, Eduardo Guerrero González (1983, Cádiz) started dancing when he was only six years old at the Carmen Guerrero school in Cádiz.

Guerrero later expanded his knowledge of contemporary dance with David Greenall and classical dance with Montserrat Marín. Currently, the world renowned exponent of flamenco combines his tours with the creation of new works under the artistic direction of Mateo Feijoo.  Watching Guerrero perform is a tour-de-force in perfection and Spanish culture. This event is one of the highlights of the Spain Guest Nation of Honor Year 2022 at Teatro Mayor.
