The Museo de Arte Miguel Urrutia (MAMU) in Bogotá is hosting a groundbreaking exhibition by Mexican artist Dr. Lakra, renowned for his provocative fusion of religious iconography and pop culture. Running from August 17, 2024, to January 27, 2025, the exhibition features Dr. Lakra’s unique interventions in the Monjas Coronadas (Crowned Nuns) collection, blending historical religious imagery with contemporary visual elements.
