Ice skating

Bogotá may be cold, but it’s not quite cold enough to ice skate – that is unless you head to the Plaza Cultural Santamaría (better known as the city’s old bullfighting arena), where enclosed skating on real ice is free until the end of February. The attraction, dubbed Park on Ice boasts 700 square meters of icy skating fun. Pick up free tickets at the Culture Office in the Plaza Bolívar (Carrera 8 No. 9-83) or at any CADE or SuperCADE office throughout the city.
